Organizational Development ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization to identify an experienced Organizational Development Manager. This position will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, talent development, and change management.The successful candidate will design and implement programs that strengthen culture, support workforce planning, improve performance, and align talent strategies with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about developing leaders, driving organizational transformation, and creating a high-performance workplace.Organizational EffectivenessAssess organizational structures, processes, and workforce capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives that support business growth and evolving priorities.Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.Partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.Leadership DevelopmentDesign and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching engagements, and development initiatives.Support succession planning and high-potential employee development programs.Develop career pathing frameworks that support internal mobility and employee growth.Talent ManagementPartner with HR and business leaders to drive performance management processes.Develop and maintain competency models and talent assessment tools.Analyze talent trends and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.Support employee development planning and learning initiatives.Change ManagementLead change management efforts related to organizational transformations and strategic initiatives.Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to drive successful adoption.Assess organizational readiness and identify implementation risks.Coach and support leaders through organizational change.Employee Engagement & CultureDevelop programs that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.Partner with leadership to improve the employee experience.Analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans.Drive initiatives that reinforce organizational values and promote a high-performance culture.Analytics & ReportingMonitor key metrics including employee engagement, retention, turnover, internal mobility, and leadership effectiveness.Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership.Utilize data and insights to recommend organizational development strategies and improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.Experience leading organizational change and leadership development initiatives.Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.Experience supporting talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation skills.Why This OpportunityOpportunity to influence organizational strategy and workforce development.Play a key role in leadership development and succession planning.Partner directly with executive leadership and business stakeholders.Lead meaningful organizational change initiatives.Support a culture of continuous learning, development, and growth.Compensation & BenefitsPay Details: $125-$145KSearch managed by: Lola AjayiEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary-connected talent encouraged to apply.The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
