What We’re Looking ForNot Afraid of the Phone: Success in car sales happens when you build relationships. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, reaching out to leads, following up with customers, and making cold/warm calls daily.

Great People Skills: You can listen, connect, and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right vehicle for their lives and budgets.
Coachability: You don't need experience, but you do need a willingness to learn our proven sales process.
Valid Driver’s License: Required to conduct test drives and move inventory.
Making daily outbound phone calls, handling inbound inquiries, and scheduling dealership appointments.
Guiding customers through the inventory, highlighting vehicle features, and facilitating test drives.
Building a personalized portfolio of loyal, repeat clients.
Working alongside our sales managers to present transparent pricing and financing options.
Following up with previous buyers to ensure satisfaction and ask for referrals.
